I have 25 years of experience managing over $500M worth of global, high-profile, large-scale projects in construction, health care and non-profits. And I come in under budget and on-time. Seriously.
I’m a born strategist. A voracious learner. And I am actually okay with uncertainty. My first step is always problem identification. Then I overcome perceived constraints (just a little jedi trick) and use emotional intelligence as a stabilizing force. This allows thoughts (and often elephants) in the room to come roaring to life.
